ESB stands for many things in my life but in this case it stands for Extra Special Benefits. I have been providing Animal Assisted Learning with horses, cows and dogs for many, many years.
Teaching the importance of having respect, communication and trust with animals helps us to build confidence and awareness of ourselves.
The process encourages us to seek a relationship with the animal and helps us to gain better control and understanding of our words, emotions and actions to do so.
The time spent with animals diverts attention away from us and is cathartic for the body, mind and soul.
My sessions aim to provide support, encouragement and inspiration to those who are looking for it (some don't even know they are looking for it) with a slightly different approach.
We can walk, ride or drive a carriage around the trails at Euroa Horse Park to take in the sounds, smells and beautiful scenery of the Strathbogie Ranges and the majestic Balmattum Hill.
